How to Build a Pact
Financial discipline shouldn't rely on willpower alone. Pacta uses enforceable rules to protect your money from your own impulses.1. Set Your Terms: You decide the exact deposit amount, the unlock date, and the penalty for early withdrawal (ranging from a 5-20% forfeiture to a strict "hard lock").2. Lock & Earn: Your funds are transferred to a secure partner bank where they stay completely out of reach while earning competitive, bank-level interest.3. Succeed or Donate: Reach your unlock date natively, and 100% of your principal and yield is returned to you. Break the pact early, and your chosen penalty percentage is automatically donated to a 501(c)(3) charity.(Note: We know life happens. Penalties can be waived in the event of a verified medical or financial hardship.)
